You can't restore the save while the game is running, so you have to first exit the game to the main manu (not close it fully, just to the main menu) and then restore the save, and when you load it you'll be loading the previous state.Īs for (2), it depends. So, in order to be able to avoid deaths you have to have made a save point before you died and restore that for being able to continue as it nothing happened. The game handles saving automatically, so you can't save manually and is saving all the time. Well, for (1) you can manipulate your save state either by hand (is just a file in your computer that you can backup and restore as you will) and/or use a tool that automates that like DarkSaves. (2) Secondly how long is the game? Does the story constantly develop or is it just there are a couple of important cutscenes but the rest is just wandering around and slashing? I dont wanna spend a penny on game that will have the same fate.)
It has been so long that I completely forgot what happened in the game before so It is just standing on my shelf waiting to be played at a time indefinite in the future. (Before people accuse me of anything I stopped playing AC3 because of its bugs and repeating from checkpoint reloads. So then my other question, is it possible to save/load freely in this game in a normal way or through a mode or a cheat? Please read the full Community Rules. If you want to know the story and not have to endure the fighting and that, you could watch a lore run of the game on youtube instead of playing it yourself.įirst, I'd say that difficulty wise is NOT as bad as the namco bandai PR and people describe it.
